Purchase of alcoholic products
Conditions for alcohol delivery or pick up service:
Alcohol deliveries will only be made to a residential or business address and not to a public place.
Customers will be reminded that it is a criminal offence for a person under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol and that it is also an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person aged under 18.
At the time the order is placed this will be used as a declaration from the person placing the order that that person is aged 18 years or over, and that the intended recipient are over 18 years or over.
This process will be documented and retained for no less than twelve months.
For deliveries the alcohol will be concealed in a secure sealed package and there will be an age verification challenge on delivery.
For pick up the person accepting the package must be aged 18 years or over. Where the person accepting package appears to be under 25, a recognised photographic ID must be produced prior to delivery. No ID, no package.
The pick up location will staff are all over the age of 18 and will be made aware that alcohol is included in the delivery/pick up package. Said person will actively engage with the person receiving delivery and operate a challenge 25 policy rather than just handing the delivery over.
In the event that the recipient of the alcohol is challenged for ID and does not provide appropriate and valid ID, the delivery person will retain the alcohol.
Returns & Refunds policy
The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time you completed your purchase.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 5 days.
Have a clear issue with the product.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product or merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should deliver the goods to the pick up location specified when purchasing or at an alternative arrangement made prior with ourselves.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
